Staffline are recruiting for a Butcher/Trimmer at our clients busy site.
No previous experience of Boning Heads is required but must be able to demonstrate good knife skills and previous experience as a Butcher.
You will be working in the production area of the factory, carry out a variety of tasks, preparing raw materials, working with fresh pork, operating machines, packing, and carrying out hygiene duties. You will be working as part of a team in a fast moving environment.
The job will consist of working 8 hrs day shift .
You will be required to be on feet all day and keep pace with the line speed.

Carry out all work to the highest standards of efficiency to minimise waste
Ensure no contamination of product at all stages of process, reporting any possible contamination to your supervisor
Ensure all equipment and machinery is well maintained and meets hygiene standards, reporting any faults to your supervisor
Adhere to all company Health & Safety and Food Hygiene Policies
Strict hygiene and housekeeping practices must be followed at all times
Any other relevant duties as requested by management
