Job Title: Stock Systems Manager

Location: Lutterworth


Staffline are recruiting for a Stock Systems Manager at their busy site in Lutterworth

To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Distribution Centre on a day to day basis, ensuring all KPIs are met or exceeded and that Customer Service is always at the centre of everything we do. Responsible for the stock control, clearance, and returns functions within the Magna Park DC; whilst supporting the wider operation for all aspects of the two warehouse systems which are utilised by the business.

Senior level stock management experience within a warehousing and distribution environment

Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to lead teams in task based problem resolution

A working knowledge of H&S legislation

Ability to Achieve and exceeds targets whilst not compromising the needs of the team.

To have held a previous role of managing against demanding KPI’s in a service led environment.

PC Literate

Full UK Driving Licence

Coaching and man management skills




3rd Party Logistics experience

In house Logistics experience

An understanding of the logistics in a furniture environment
